We're on the lookout for inquisitive Sysadmins to help us manage our growing SaaS platform, Pepper®. As a member of our Infrastructure Team, you'll become a resident expert on our cloud-based hosting environment – helping manage and implement our application platform with a focus on optimizing our delivery pipeline.

You'll help manage, automate, and monitor configuration of our multi-tenant Tomcat / Apache / Alfresco / MongoDB / Elasticsearch / MySQL application infrastructure. You will support our products and an ever-growing set of client-based applications. Internally, you'll provide production support for our hosting services, create and maintain technical documentation, and provide infrastructure support for Vodori's close-knit consulting, product, and development teams. You will also be involved in helping Vodori move from a monolithic siloed deployment and infrastructure topology to an elastic cloud-based model.

About You

We're looking for curious professionals who have a desire to collaborate, innovate, and continue to amplify their skill set. Prior experience working in systems or infrastructure support is ideal, but not required. You will grow your skills in:

  • Linux server administration (We run RHEL / CentOS)

  • Web server configuration (We run Apache & Tomcat)

  • Infrastructure management and automation (We use Puppet, Docker, and Zabbix)

  • Database administration (We use MySQL & MongoDB)

We'd love to see an interest in:

  • Automating tasks using Python, Bash or other scripting technologies

  • TCP/IP networking, IPV4, and IPV6

  • Deploying and supporting SaaS software in cloud environments
